The Visiting Nurse Association/Blue Water Hospice has provided care for thousands of patients and families throughout our community. Founded as a non-profit organization it is our mission to provide high quality, cost-effective health care to patients and families coping with short-term, long-term and/or end of life care. As an organization we are committed to maintaining the necessary resources to provide comprehensive care to all patients and families regardless of their ability to pay.
Please join the community members who have made and continue to make contributions that allow our organization to fulfill our mission.
Memorial gifts are a meaningful way to express sympathy to the family of the deceased. When a memorial gift is made an acknowledgment of the gift is sent to both the donor and the family of the deceased.
Contribution gifts can honor someone on occasions such as a holiday, birthday, anniversary, or retirement. When a contribution gift is made an acknowledgment of the gift is sent to both the donor and the individual being honored by the contribution.
The Blue Water Hospice Home is currently under construction and is expected to open fall of 2011. All donations will be applied towards our capital campaign goals. We also have several facility naming opportunities and pledge programs available. All donors will be recognized in the Blue Water Hospice Home.
