Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing is provided by an RN or LPN with training and experience in providing care outside the hospital or nursing home environment. The nurse provides an assessment and evaluation of your condition, education to you and your family, and any treatments that are ordered by the physician, and hands-on care as needed or required.
Cardiac Care
Cardiac Care evaluation and education regarding your cardiac disease. We will educate you on how to conserve energy through medication, diet and exercise. We will teach you how to maximize your capabilities within the confines of your disease.
Diabetic Care
Diabetic Care evaluation and education regarding your diabetic disease. We will educate you on how to maximize your health through medication, diet and exercise.
Infusion Therapy
We work closely with the Infusion Company to ensure a therapeutic response to the therapy. Our staff is skilled in the care and maintenance of all infusion devices.

Wound Care
Certified Wound and Ostomy Continence Nurse, a specially trained RN, who can evaluate and recommend treatment for difficult wound care and ostomy needs.
Home Health Aide
Home Health Aides are trained to assist and educate you on how to safely address your personal care needs. Typical duties performed by the home health aide include bathing the patient, shampooing hair and changing bed linen.

Physical Therapy
Physical therapists are available to provide assistance to patients recovering from a recent hospitalization due to surgery or generalized weakness, through a comprehensive home exercise program focused on lower extremities.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists are available to provide assistance to patients recovering from a recent hospitalization due to surgery or generalized weakness, through a comprehensive home exercise program focused on upper extremities. Occupational therapists can recommend adaptive equipment to help with activities of daily living and safety
Speech Therapy
Speech therapists are available to provide specialized therapy for those who have suffered a stroke, traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease with communication, cognitive, voice and swallowing disorders.
Registered Dietician
Dieticians are available to provide patients with nutritional counseling in an effort to develop healthy eating habits, to better manage their disease process.
Medical Social Work
Medical social workers are available to provide assistance in accessing community resources for the patient, and provide short-term therapy.
Incontinence Program
Occupational Therapist can instruct you on techniques to achieve better bladder and bowel control
Speech Therapy Programs
Speech Therapists can provide caregiver education and training related to effective communication and patient interaction strategies for patients with dementia. These strategies reduce frustration, for the patient and caregiver, and improve their relationship. The relationship is improved through understanding the patient’s needs and adapting to progression of the dementia.
24 –Hour On Call Services
24-Hour on-call service with an RN available to make a visit to your home, or phone consultation 24 hours a day 7 days a week at no charge to you!
